How do i best prepare for the event?
Vivacity: LIVE is your chance to pour back into you. This one day is designed to activate you. You’ll leave clearer, calmer, and more connected with yourself and your mission — with more energy and focus to lead your life and business, not less.
Twenty-four hours before Vivacity LIVE, Ekaterina will guide you ( via email) to prepare your body, mind, and energy for the day.
You’ll receive gentle practices and reflections — from bedtime rituals to a short morning activation — so that when you walk into the room, you’re already grounded, open, and in-tune with your soul’s mission.
Think of it as creating the perfect energetic runway: you’ll arrive centred, clear, and ready.
Is lunch included?
We’ll provide light refreshments, teas, and nourishing snacks throughout the day. For lunch, you’re welcome to bring your own or choose from a wide range of local cafés just steps from the venue.
When are the follow-up LIVE calls? Will i miss out of i canot join?
The two calls and pre-event call won’t be recorded. I really value you showing up and making space for co-creation in real time. There’s something powerful about gathering together even if it is online. The WhatsApp group will also help you stay connected and supported between sessions.

Will there be support after the event?
Yes. You’ll have two live group calls and two weeks of WhatsApp support to keep you connected and supported as you integrate everything that’s been activated. This experience is designed to support you through the activation — with guidance, grounding, and real-time group support over two full weeks. You won’t be left hanging.
If I purchase the voice & text upgrade for £500, when would the 30 days of daily 1:1 voice and text support ( 9am- 3pm UK) start?
Your 30 days of one-on-one daily voice and text support can begin the day after the live event, or immediately after the second group call — whichever feels best for you. However, it can’t be deferred beyond that. The support is designed to meet you in the momentum, not months down the line.
My recommendation is to start immediately to optimise the value of the day.
What happens if I need to cancel?

With 7+ days’ notice, you can transfer your investment into a 90-minute Comprehensive Strategy Session (valued at £295, includes extras).
